Ben D. Arnold, Owner and President
Ben Arnold established Arnold Construction in 1995. Since its inception, the company has continued to grow under his leadership and was awarded the second fastest growing company in South Carolina in 2009 by the S.C. Chamber of Commerce. Ben has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, property tax assessment, and real estate finance. Ben is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a licensed real estate appraiser in South Carolina and Georgia, and graduate of the University of Florida. He is an active member of the S.C. Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute, and the Chairman of the Richland County Board of Assessment Control.
Dale Grunsky, Multi-Family Construction Manager
Dale started with Arnold Construction at its inception in 1995. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Dale is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia and has over 41 years in the construction business working for companies in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Georgia.
Andy Groves, Commercial Construction Manager
Andy Groves joined the Arnold Construction team in 2010. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Andy has held positions from project manager to Vice President and General Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, some of Andy's past projects include Warren Place Apartments, Goer Manufacturing and a grill and locker facility in Augusta, Georgia.
Jeff Larimore, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff joined The Arnold Companies in 2005. He has a diversified background with public and private organizations with duties and responsibilities that have varied from multi-venture financial reporting and forecasting, property and asset management, acquisition due diligence and financing, property dispositions, development consulting, real estate taxation and retail operations. Jeff holds a CPA license from the state of Ohio since 1988, a real estate broker's license from the State of Illinois since 2003, and is a CCIM Candidate.
Bryan Raines, Project Manager
Bryan started with the company in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina. Bryan has been a Project Manager for 10 years and has built single family, multifamily, and commercial projects. He has been in the construction business for 14 years and has experience in both commercial and residential development and construction.
Richard Avery, Chief Estimator
Richard Avery joined Arnold Construction in September 2011. Bringing over 20 years of construction experience to Arnold Construction, Richard will be in charge of estimating the upcoming commercial and multi-family projects.
